GeoPDP Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GeoPDP service, including the website, API, and any related tools (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What GeoPDP Is

GeoPDP is an enterprise-grade application that evaluates eCommerce Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) compliance. The Service:

• Accepts a product page URL and runs a suite of compliance assessments (structured data, visible content, semantic HTML, product relationships, stability, and compliance/trust).
• Produces a 0–100 score indicating how well the page is optimized for AI-driven search, retrieval, and conversational systems (e.g., AI search engines, chatbots, voice assistants).
• Provides detailed test results and recommendations. The Service does not perform traditional SEO scoring; it focuses solely on GEO compliance (machine-readable, factually aligned, and legally compliant product data).

You may use the Service for your own internal business or personal use to analyze product pages you own, operate, or have permission to evaluate.

3. What We Expect From You

3.1 Lawful and permitted use

• You must use the Service only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• You may only submit URLs for product pages that you own, operate, or have explicit permission to analyze. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights.
• You must not use the Service to analyze pages for any unlawful purpose, including to harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others.

3.2 No abuse of the Service

You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, domain concurrency rules, or other technical or policy restrictions.
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scripts) to send excessive requests beyond normal use, unless using a documented API in accordance with its limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data beyond the analysis results provided to you for your submitted URLs.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

3.3 Fair use and rate limits

• The Service may enforce domain-level concurrency (e.g., one analysis per domain per 24-hour period) and other usage limits to ensure fair access and resource availability.
• You agree to respect these limits. Excessive or abusive use may result in restricted access or termination of access.

4. Your Data and Submissions

• URLs you submit: When you submit a URL for analysis, we fetch and process the page content to run our assessments. We do not claim ownership of your website content. Our use of that content is limited to providing the analysis and operating the Service.
• Analysis results: The scores, reports, and recommendations generated by the Service are provided for your use. You may use them internally or in reports, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
• No sensitive data: Do not use the Service to process or submit sensitive personal data (e.g., health, financial, or other regulated data) unless you have ensured that such use complies with applicable law and our Privacy Policy (if published).

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, software, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by GeoPDP or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service or its underlying technology, except as expressly permitted (e.g., use of the public API in accordance with its documentation).

9. Termination and Enforcement

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users.
• Sections that by their nature should survive (including Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) will survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
